SaleTwo yrs. to life and/or $50,000 (4 yrs. if sale to minor); Subsequent offense: 10 yrs. to life and/or $50,000 (20 yrs. if sale to minor); Third offense: not less than 20 yrs. and/or $50,000 (40 yrs. if sale to minor); Offense of criminal sale of dangerous drugs on or near school property: 3 yrs. to life and/or $50,000
