It’s always sunny in Daytona Beach, except when you have to go to court. Surely you would rather be surfing, kayaking, or sunbathing, but just about everyone has to go to court, sooner or later. This might be for something as simple as jury duty, or maybe you have more serious business with a court case. Regardless of the type of court or case involved, Findlaw has you covered.
If you’re a resident of Volusia county, you know there are several of courthouses in the area. If you have a criminal, civil, probate or family law matter, it’s probably in one of the district or circuit courts. Here’s a guide with to Daytona Beach courts and some of the surrounding areas.

Parking: Long-term parking is available in the parking garage attached to the courthouse at 101 North Alabama Avenue at no charge. Short-term parking is available in the parking lot located at the corner of East New York Avenue and North Amelia Avenue at no charge.
